Job Description

As a Telehealth Nurse, you will provide remote patient care through virtual consultations, ensuring patients receive timely and accurate medical guidance. You will play a key role in assessing patient needs, offering health advice, and supporting overall patient wellness using telecommunication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments via phone or video calls
• Provide medical advice, triage, and health education
• Monitor patient symptoms and progress remotely
• Document patient interactions accurately in the system
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams when necessary
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards
• Assist patients with follow-up care and treatment plans

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with good clinical judgment

Plus Factor:

• Experience in telehealth, BPO healthcare, or remote patient care
• Background in nursing, healthcare-related courses, or similar field
