• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates across all project phases
• Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP plans for precise quantity take-offs
• Manage budgets, control costs, and produce real-time financial reports
• Review contractor and supplier bids, provide comparisons and recommendations
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / QS

• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specs

• Advanced Excel & AutoCAD skills

• Familiarity with QS software (CostX, Bluebeam, etc.) – a plus

• Strong communication and reporting skills in English
