Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

- Rapid quantity take-off from limited data

- Parametric cost estimating

- Identify major cost drivers

- Work with Procurement for price validation

- Prepare assumptions & risk notes

- Support 3–5 days cost calculation request turnaround

Qualifications

- Degree in Civil Engineering / QS

- Full 3–5 years’ experience in QS

- Able to estimate without full drawings & detailed information

- Strong Excel skills

- Knowledge of Philippines construction practices, preferably having standard material and labour unit rate.

- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Preferred:

- Fast-track / EPC experience

- International or government project exposure

- Site experience
