- Maintain costing of all related project costing.
- Responsible for Quantity Take-offs (estimates, costings, and bill of materials) of project/s for land development and vertical structures.
- Responsible for Quantity Take-offs for change orders and site instructions as may be assigned.
- Attends seminars for updates on cost estimation innovation.
- Check completeness of plans and specifications and coordinates with architecture department prior to estimating.
- Responsible for updates on estimated project cost based on current materials cost on assigned cost.
- Monitor actual cost of project assigned.
- Collates cost estimates of each item work for a particular project.
- Maintain cost data and labor productivity rates and update on a regular basis.
- Recommends alternative solutions to Architect/s based on cost implication.
- Manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for procurement monitoring and job contracts.
- Responsible for encoding of Bill of Quantities in ERP.
- Attend coordination meeting with designers and project site engineers.
- Attends to other tasks as may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be a licensed in Civil Engineer
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimating of horizontal and vertical projects.
