Quantity Surveyor - Electrical Engineer

Position: QS Electrical Engineer

Company Industry: Construction Company

Work Location: Laguna and Pampanga

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00pm)

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross

Work Set Up: Working onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage

At least 2–4 years of experience in electrical design and construction

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role is preferred

Knowledgeable in electrical systems, project costing, and estimation

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle all quantity surveying activities for electrical projects

Prepare electrical quantity take-offs and cost estimates

Monitor project costs, budgets, and material quantities

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project quotations

Review electrical plans, drawings, and specifications
