Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Open to all genders
• Fresh graduates with license are welcome to apply
• Experience in hospital construction, project management, or site supervision is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in engineering standards, plans, and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering software applications
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor daily construction activities on-site
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Review technical drawings and recommend necessary adjustments when needed
• Attend project meetings and provide engineering support to the team
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by management

Salary: Negotiable, especially if with job-related experiences already
