• Communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Conduct inspections and test of materials and workmanship at various stages of precast production
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports
• Identify any potential quality issues and work with the construction team to resolve them
• Maintain comprehensive records of all QA/QC activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for submission to the project management team
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with project requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3 to 5 years of experience in QA/QC role in civil engineering
• Proficiency in QA/QC procedures and standards in precast fabrication
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for precast production works
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, production practices, and materials
