- Report to Engineering Manager for any works assignment pertaining to Electrical Engineering Estimates, Cadd Operation, and other Engineering related works.
- Conduct site survey on the possible line route layout of busduct in consideration with any obstruction, hindrances and utilities that may greatly affect bid estimates.
- Estimate man, hours, and equipment to be used at the site in consonant with the schedule and planning that you provided for specific project.
- Attend pre-bid meeting for any clarification necessary for the correct estimate of project, and other aspect that might be favorable to NEMA.
- Inspect ongoing project to determine any discrepancies implemented at site that is not in conformity with the estimate and make a record of the same as data accumulation for future references.
- Provide any Engineering estimates pertaining to change orders, claims for extra works and other works not included in the contract.
- Maintain the trust and confident of the management and be loyal at all times, be proud to be NEMA’s employee.
- Can be assigned to any other related jobs from time to time.
