Planning Engineer

· Prepares Request for Information (RFI) pertaining to tender/bid documents and existing site conditions. 

· Plans and organizes technical submittals as a requirement in tendering/ bidding process such as Site Utilization Plan, Tender Schedule, Table of Organization, Construction Methodology, Manpower and Equipment Loading, Quality Control Plan, Health, Safety and Environmental Program, etc. 

· Lead in developing a project presentation of construction methodology if required by Owner/ Construction Manager during tender/ bid process. 

· Liaises with Site Engineers in developing construction work methodologies. 

· Coordinates and collects weekly/ monthly progress updates from Site Engineers.

· Updates the Project Execution Schedule based on actual progress on site. 

· Generates Look ahead and Critical Path Schedules 

· Analyze updated schedule and recommends mitigation to recover delays. 

· Generate S-Curve and Cash flow projection. 

·Incorporate Modification/ Change orders to the Project Execution Schedule.

· Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, with professional license.

· At least two (2) year construction experience as Site Engineer or Quantity Surveyor

· Knowledgeable in Project Management Software P6.

· Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
