Planning Engineer (Saudi)

• Schedule Development: Create, maintain, and update project baselines, schedules, and resource plans using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor daily/weekly progress against the schedule, analyzing trends to proactively identify delays.
• Resource Planning: Ensure optimal utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks and develop recovery schedules.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare progress reports, and documentation for stakeholders, and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Document Control: Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to align project plans.
