• Must know their area of responsibility (i.e, Project Management and Scheduling, Resource Planning, Cost and Budget Control, Risk Management and Compliance, Coordination and Reporting, etc.)
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, Exceptional organizational ability, multitasking, and experience in balancing workloads across several project sites or clients.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project execution.
• Analyze project requirements and collaborate with various teams to align timelines.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports on project status and performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of resources, including manpower and materials.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Experience Level: 10 years
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6 Advanced Certificate is a must)
• Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits
