Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, including negotiations and performance monitoring
• Prepare bidding documents and conduct bid evaluation to select suppliers and subcontractors
• Source and pre-qualify potential suppliers and subcontractors according to project requirements and each activity scope
• Analyze and compare prices, quotations, and commercial conditions using Microsoft Excel
• Receive task instructions and work direction directly from a Korean Project Manager
• Coordinate with construction, planning, and cost control teams to support project progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement and/or subcontract management for infrastructure or building projects
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., cost comparison, quotation analysis, data organization)
