Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pastry Roller to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for rolling, shaping, and preparing dough for a variety of baked goods such as croissants, puff pastry, pies, and breads. You’ll play a key part in ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in our pastry production.

Key Responsibilities

• Roll and shape dough according to standard recipes and specifications
• Prepare laminated dough (e.g., croissants, danish, puff pastry)
• Ensure uniform thickness and size of dough products
• Assist in dough preparation, mixing, and proofing when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work closely with bakers and pastry chefs to meet daily production targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, or similar role preferred
• Basic knowledge of dough handling and baking processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
