Pastry Chef

Job Overview:

You will enhance your cooking skills and be in charge of preparing food, ensuring all areas and food storage is clean, properly sanitized, and organized.

Job Objectives:

• To provide good quality pastries while observing the food safety standards.
• To ensure that all the areas in the kitchen will be clean and organized.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product and menu development, and research and development (R&D).
• Must be process-oriented and keen to details during planning and research and development (R&D).
• Responsible for training for a startup bakeshop specializing in croissants and Asian breads.
• Responsible for maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures of the workplace.

Job Specifications:

• Has a proven track record in pastry and breads with formal education in pastry/breads and food science/technology education.
• Should possess artistic skill in design, flavor, and dough development. Able to create signature product creation.
• Flexible to work in Baclaran Paranaque and Wilson St. San Juan City Head Office.
