Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

-At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field

- Must have experience or knowledge in the Travel and Tourism industry

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel services and bookings

- Provide accurate information and exceptional customer support

- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
