Responsibilities:

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Perform material quantity takeoffs based on approved plans and specifications.
• Measure quantities such as glass, aluminum, steel, panels, accessories, and other project materials.
• Prepare detailed Quantity Takeoff / Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Identify discrepancies, missing details, and changes in drawings.
• Coordinate with the Estimator regarding quantity clarifications.
• Provide accurate quantity data as basis for costing and quotation.
• Update takeoff quantities when there are revised plans or addenda.
• Maintain organized takeoff files, markups, and supporting documents.
