Service Planner

Qualifications:

• Preferably a diploma holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics courses
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with maintenance planning and scheduling tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assign service jobs to technicians.
• Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules and appointments.
• Monitor service requests and job progress to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare work schedules and service plans for technicians.
• Record and update service reports and job orders.
• Coordinate with different departments for parts, equipment, or service needs.
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities.
