We are looking for an Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Malate, Manila! This role requires a proactive, organized professional to handle engineering administration and coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• ️ Oversee and coordinate engineering projects from start to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• ️ Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
• ️ Maintain and manage comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• ️ Collaborate with clients, suppliers, contractors, designers, operations, IT, legal, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• ️ Assist with documentation, reporting, and tracking project budgets.
• ️ Support the procurement of materials and equipment for project needs.
• ️ Prepare Minutes of Meetings and monitor action items to ensure follow-ups.
• ️ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• ️ Promote adherence to quality control and safety protocols on all project-related tasks.
