Office Engineer

We are looking for an Office Engineer to provide technical & administrative support to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instruction, and engineering related problems. Documenting project issues/conditions Maintaining organized and detailed project records.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in project planning and scheduling ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the budget
• Oversee construction activities to ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans
• Monitor and inspect construction progress to identify and address any issues
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Monitor project cost and expenses, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to the budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to reduce expenses.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory and ensure that adequate resources are available for project execution
• Provide regular updates and progress reports on project status, milestones and any issues.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering 
• Must have at least 3 years of work experience in the same industry
• Must have a deep understanding of project management construction and the ability to multi-task and adapt to environment.
• Must have a high sense of confidentiality, trustworthiness and integrity, attention to details, and analytical skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
