MEPF Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Design: Develop or review MEPFS drawings, including schematic designs, design development, and construction documents.
• Site Management: Oversee construction, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors to ensure system integration.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Inspect installations for quality and compliance with local building codes, fire regulations, and safety standards.
• Testing and Commissioning: Facilitate the testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Reporting: Document weekly meetings and prepare reports on construction progress, issues, and solutions. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as an MEFPS Engineer.
• Professional License (PE/Registered Engineer) REQUIRED
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
