Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Medical Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our clinical team. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with Splose, Halaxy, or Cliniko and a strong understanding of the administrative workflows required in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Healthcare Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical VA or in a clinic administration role.
