Description

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders for all equipment and assets.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement proactive maintenance strategies and recommend equipment upgrades
• Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Provide training and support to the maintenance team to enhance their skills and capabilities

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience Level: Entry level (0–2 years).
• Skills and Competencies: ISO Proficient, Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical simulation tools.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under supervision and take direction from senior engineers.
