Mechanical Engineer

•        Provide site data to Project Engineer to update construction schedule, budget and other monitoring system.

•        Gather site data for Project Engineer to prepare weekly and monthly progress report for billing collection.

•       Prepare detailed estimate or material take off as per revised plans against original construction plan.

•        Conduct site monitoring of resources and report to Project Engineer compliance or deviation from construction guidelines, budget and schedule.

•        Coordinate at site level with representatives from consultants, general contractor and other trade contractors to gather important data to be reported to the project engineer.

•        Review submitted daily productivity report and double check the records if they are accurate.

•        Assist in estimating materials, tools and equipment needed for project implementation.

•        Enforce general safety precaution at the jobsite.

•        Implement company rules, regulations and discipline.

•        Monitor of various phases of construction to ensure that only specified and approved materials and workmanship are done.

•        Check and updates drawings regarding field changes and discrepancies.

•        Follow-up on transmittal documents for approval.

•        Assist in the preparations of monthly billing in coordination with the foreman and Project Engineer.

•        Submit daily task list and take proactive thinking approach in dealing with several issues.

BS - Mechanical Engineer graduate, preferably registered mechanical engineer, computer literate, with at least 1 year experience in work related construction work, honest, organize, self-oriented, preferably residing in Pasay City area.
