Project Engineer

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects (construction, process, infrastructure)
• Prepare project schedule, resource allocation, budgets, and technical specifications
• Monitor project progress, quality, and cost control
• Interface with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and risk assessment
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose corrective actions

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
• 3–5 years of project engineering experience
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
• Technical skills in design, drafting, and engineering calculations
• Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills

Indicative Salary Range (Metro Manila)

• ₱50,000 – ₱100,000 / month depending on project complexity
