Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or building maintenance systems
• Able to read technical drawings and plans
• Knowledge in AutoCAD (2D) is an advantage
• Willing to do field work / site inspection
• Team player, hardworking, and eager to learn

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in operation and maintenance of mechanical systems in the building/site
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
• Support installation and repair works of HVAC, pumps, and related systems
• Interpret mechanical drawings and assist in project implementation
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
