Retail and Sales Training Officer

The role involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance sales team performance and product knowledge. This position is crucial for ensuring the sales team is well-equipped to effectively promote and sell the company's products which consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
• Creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Delivering training sessions, both in-person and remotely, using various training methodologies.
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
• Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly in a sales or product-related context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
