Job Overview

This role in Talent & Organization – Digital Learning (Learning Strategy, Design and Development) focuses on designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions for global clients. It involves conducting training needs analysis, developing instructional content and curricula, and ensuring learning materials meet quality and industry standards. The role also requires collaboration with stakeholders, coaching instructional designers, reviewing deliverables, and applying innovative digital learning strategies using tools like Articulate and Captivate. Depending on level, it ranges from consultant to senior management responsibilities, including leading teams, managing large-scale learning projects, and driving enterprise learning transformation initiatives.

• 5 years of consulting experience in content development and instructional designing
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature / Advertising / Public Relations
• Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides
• Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently

Manager and Senior Manager:

• More than 8 years of consulting experience in the areas of instructional design, learning delivery and learning technology
• More than 5 years of proven expertise in executing successful corporate learning programs and managing large teams
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature / Advertising / Public Relations
• Experience in leading and managing agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment
• Open to cross-country relocation.
