Greenlight Renewables Holdings Inc. is a joint venture between Emerging Power Inc. (EPI) and Shell, dedicated to developing, owning, and operating large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in the Philippines. We are committed to driving the country's transition to sustainable energy.

We are looking for a Right-of-Way Officer for supporting the acquisition process by ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and project requirements. The role involves conducting due diligence, preparing documentation, facilitating negotiations, and maintaining organized records to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence and research on required documents from the Registry of Deeds, Land Registration Authority, Assessor’s Office, Treasurer’s Office, Department of Agrarian Reform, and other applicable government agencies.
• Draft documents related to the Right-of-Way acquisition process, including but not limited to Letter Offers, ROW Grants, Memoranda of Agreement, and Deeds of Sale.
• Facilitate negotiation and settlement of final compensation amounts with Project-Affected Persons.
• File, organize, and update both physical and electronic copies of ROW documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in land/right of way acquisition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Applications (Google Sheets, Docs and Drive)
• Strong negotiation, due diligence, land acquisition process and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willing to be assigned to the Botolan, Zambales project site
