Kitchen Staff (Back-Of-House)

This is a full-time kitchen role focusing on food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and inventory management in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Cook menu items according to recipes, maintaining quality, taste, and presentation.

Kitchen Operations: Set up workstations, manage inventory (using FIFO procedures), and assist with stock control.

Sanitation & Safety: Maintain clean workstations and strictly follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Teamwork: Collaborate efficiently with both kitchen and front-of-house (FOH) staff, especially during peak hours.

Location: Willing to be assigned at Shaw Boulevard (Greenfield), Mandaluyong

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: At least a high school graduate or has vocational/culinary training (preferred). No prior experience required (though kitchen experience and basic cooking/handling knowledge are a plus).

Availability: Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Strengths: Physically fit, eager to learn, and a team player with a good attitude.
