Industrial Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

The Account Development and Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new accounts and nurturing existing client relationships. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential and current customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure a deep understanding of product offerings and technical specifications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least two (2) years proven experience in account management and solutions selling to B2B accounts.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial qualities and out-of-the-box thinking and leadership abilities are core requirements for the successful candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
• Must know how to drive (with professional licensed driver).
• Also open to applicants in Luzon willing to be assigned to VisMin after one year of training in Luzon.
