Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for telecommunications clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide technical support related to telecom services and products.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve products and services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (0–1 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service and people skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms, particularly TikTok
- Skills and Competencies: Good problem-solving abilities and technical skills
