Customer service representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting established performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or processes.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and courtesy in every customer interaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School (SHS) Graduate; college graduate/undergraduate is also welcome.
• Minimum of 6 months BPO or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Willing to work onsite.
