Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to banking, financial services, accounts, and transactions.
• Assist customers with account-related requests, payments, billing, and other financial service concerns.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Handle sensitive financial information in accordance with company policies and data privacy standards.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience required.
• Good to excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer service-oriented and professional.
• Comfortable handling financial and account-related concerns.
• Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
