As a Healthcare Client Care Specialist, you will assist healthcare members by providing reliable, accurate, and timely support regarding their account and service-related concerns. You will communicate with clients professionally, understand their needs, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice-based interactions.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding healthcare-related services and account concerns.
• Listen actively to customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions and update information accurately.
• Follow established procedures, policies, and quality standards.
• Use basic computer applications and MS Office tools when needed.

• Be willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by the account.

Qualifications

• College graduates are welcome to apply, with or without BPO experience.
• Applicants who have completed at least 2 years of college must have 6 months of customer service-related experience.
• Above-average English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent comprehension and listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
