• With Up to 15k SOB
• Manage and oversee customer accounts to ensure timely collections of outstanding payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any inquiries or disputes regarding payments.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of account activities.
• Work closely with the finance team to analyze payment trends and optimize collections processes.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the collections process.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills
