Position Title: Customer Service Representative for Quezon City

Setup: Night Shift / Shifting schedules

Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Quezon City. The role involves handling international voice accounts, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring timely resolution of client concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:

• HS/SHS graduate with 2+ years BPO international voice experience, or
• Completed at least 2 years in college with 6+ months BPO international voice experience
• Healthcare account experience is a plus!

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong ENGLISH (B2 level) and TAGALOG communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail

Work Requirements:

• Willing to work on-site
• Amenable to shifting schedules  
• CAN START IMMEDIATELY THIS AUGUST!
