Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Open for Fresh Graduate and Undergraduates
• At least 1 – 2 years of work experience in Billing or Collection role
• Experience working in BPO industry
• Amenable to work at shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
• Assisting customers with securing and establishing payment plans
• Develop and maintain detailed records of all customers account activity
• Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams
• Developing and Maintaining high customer satisfactions
