We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle an Audio Technical Account. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, basic technical concerns, troubleshooting, and providing efficient solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate
• High School Undergraduates are not accepted
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge or interest in audio technology is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site
• Willing to undergo training
