Responsibilities
*Answer and handle customer request
*Advise the customer on potential restrictions
*Resolve operational issues promptly
*Adhere to client specific operational procedures (SOP)
*Negotiate with suppliers
*Monitor shipments proactively, manage deviations and provide timely updates to ensure visibility across clients system.


Job Requirements
* 3-4 year's experience in Airfreight, with strong exposure to international freight forwarding operations - both export and import
*Expert-level knowledge of international air transport regulations, including incoterms , custom rules and compliance requirements
*Strong sense of responsibility rigor, attention to details, and discipline in decision making and issue resolution
*Working knowledge of relevant computer and operational tools
*Availability for 24/7/365 shift-based operations, including public holidays, in line service requirements
*Amenable to work in Alabang site
