Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members regarding healthcare benefits and services.
• Assist members with eligibility and benefits verification.
• Provide information regarding claims, coverage, and healthcare policies.
• Handle pre-authorization/pre-certification inquiries when applicable.
• Address member concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Follow healthcare account policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams or healthcare providers when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards while handling a high volume of calls.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of BPO experience, preferably in an international healthcare account.
• Experience handling member services, benefits & eligibility, claims, or pre-authorization is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling a voice-based customer service role.
• Strong problem-solving, active listening, and multitasking skills.
• College or Associate Graduate.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and in a hybrid setup.
