Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our BFSI account

As a CSR, you will assist customers with banking and financial service-related inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for candidates with customer service experience who want to build a career in the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking and financial services.
• Assist customers with account and service-related requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and financial information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet established performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6 months Customer Contact Experience (CCE)
• B2 CEFR English proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work in a BFSI account

Compensation

Salary Package: ₱23,000
