Position: BROKERAGE ENCODER

Location: Manila

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• At least College Level or College Graduate
• With experience in encoding, brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, or documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents
• Encode and maintain accurate shipment, brokerage, and client records
• Prepare, check, and organize documents required for customs/brokerage processing
• Verify information and ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, brokers, and other concerned parties regarding documentation and shipment updates
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
• Responsible, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can start ASAP
