Call Center Agent

We are hiring an experienced Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will communicate with customers by phone, understand their needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and make customer calls as assigned.
• Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information.
• Assist with account, billing, order, product, or service-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Handle complaints and difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
• Record customer information, concerns, and resolutions in the company system.
• Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
• Escalate issues that require additional assistance.
• Meet assigned call center targets, quality standards, and productivity goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous call center, BPO, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications while speaking with customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.

The ideal candidate is confident, patient, responsible, and customer-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle different types of customers. Previous experience in handling high-volume calls and meeting customer service KPIs is an advantage.
