We are looking for customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our Healthcare Support team. The ideal candidate should have with or without experience and must be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong or basic communication skills during customer interactions.
• Resolve customer issues using effective problem-solving skills.
• Assist customers with scheduling-related requests and account concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
• Follow company policies and healthcare support procedures.
