We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers over the phone, delivering fast, professional solutions to their questions or concerns and helping create a positive experience from the very first conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls in a professional manner

Assist customers with product details, service questions, and general inquiries

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues

Process account updates and other routine requests

Keep detailed customer records and log all interactions in the system

Follow company guidelines, call scripts, and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements:

At least 6 months call center experience

Willing to work on site

Good communication skills

HS / SHS diploma (High School / Senior High School)
