Insurance Customer Care Specialist

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum 1-year BPO experience
• Customer Service experience required
• Must have voice/international account experience
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work onsite, if required

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding policies, benefits, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Follow company procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
