Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year course (with or without work experience)
• Completed at least 2 years in college [ with 72 units ] with 6 months of customer service experience
• Above-average English communication skills
• Strong comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willing to work at night and on-site, including weekends and holidays
