Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist in the processing of orders and refunds.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication skills.
