Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English
