We are currently seeking qualified and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives on a project-based employment arrangement.

Position Details

Qualifications

• College graduates are welcome to apply; no prior BPO experience is required.
• Applicants who have completed at least two (2) years of college education, with no failed or back subjects, must have a minimum of six (6) months of BPO experience.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule.
• Must be willing to accept a project-based employment contract for a duration of four (4) months.
